Needs Statement

Risk-taking naturally increases during adolescence.  Understanding the why's and how's behind this occurrence can help adults better support young people through this developmental phase.  

Target Audience

The target audience for this course includes educators and parents.

Objectives

Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Understanding risks.
  2. Understanding adolescent development.
  3. Knowing how to support adolescents in making healthy risk choices.
