In order to assess the overall benefit of these web-based modules and to determine ways we can improve, please take the pre-test (5 minutes) before beginning any of the modules. Please only take the pre-test once.

• Click the “Take the Pre-test” tab below
• Click the “Learn” tab on the Pre-test screen
• Take the pre-test
• Click “Done” when you have finished (Do not hit Done twice)
• Click “Get Credit” on the Pre-test screen
• Confirm that you have completed the Pre-test
• Click “Submit”
