In order to assess the overall benefit of these web-based modules and to determine ways we can improve, please take the post-test (5 minutes) once you have completed all the modules that you will be taking. Please only take the post-test once.

• Click below for the “posttest”.
• Once you get to the “posttest”, go to the “learn” tab
• Take the posttest
• Click on “done” when you have finished
• After clicking “done” go to the “get credit” tab
• Confirm that you have completed the posttest
• Click “submit”
• Click "Back to Series Home"
