Biosketch
Dr. Falcone is currently an Associate Professor of Surgery in the Division of Pediatric and Thoracic Surgery at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Department of Surgery, University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He is the director of the Level I pediatric trauma program at Cincinnati Children’s as has been actively involved in simulation training to improve teamwork and communication while improving safety for the past 8 years.
