Biosketch
Dr. Pablo Hernandez Itriago leads the clinical operations at SECHC. Before this role, Dr. Hernandez was a faculty physician at Family Health Center of Worcester.
He received his medical training at the JM Vargas School of Medicine Universidad Central de Venezuela in Caracas, Venezuela. He then went on to do his residency training at the University of Connecticut where he completed two years of General Surgery followed by training in Family Medicine. He is currently pursuing a MS in Health Care Management, 2013 (expected) at the Harvard School of Public Health.
Special interests include family and community health, preventive medicine, and management of chronic disease (diabetes, hypertension).
