Eric K. Johnson, MD, FACS, FASCRS

Dr. Johnson is a faculty colorectal surgeon at Madigan Army Medical Center and has extensive experience with the management of diverticulitis and C difficile colitis in both the acute and chronic setting. He attended medical school at the University of Maryland and completed surgical residency at Eisenhower Army Medical Center. He went on to complete a colorectal fellowship at the Georgia Colon and Rectal Surgical Clinic. He has authored approximately 50 peer-reviewed publications as well as several book chapters and invited reviews. He serves as a peer reviewer for several notable academic journals as well as guest editor for Clinics in Colon and Rectal Surgery.
