Charity Evans, MD, MHCM, FACS

Dr. Evans is a graduate of the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, where she completed a dual M.D. and Masters of Healthcare Management degree. She completed a General Surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine, and Surgical Critical Care fellowship at the University of California Davis Medical Center before joining the faculty at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2013 as an Assistant Professor in the division of Trauma, Surgical Critical Care and Emergency General Surgery. Dr. Evans also serves as the Surgery Clerkship Director. She is active in clinical research, with an interest in trauma prevention, trauma outcomes and medical education
