Biosketch
Scott serves as the Branch Manager with the Department of Aging and Independent Living in Frankfort, Kentucky. Scott manages the TBI Trust Fund, HART Supported Living Grant and the PCAP program for DAIL. He has spent the past 10 years in various roles within the TBI Trust Fund. He works closely with Case Mangers, Vendors, and individuals with Brain Injury to help maintain services which enable these individuals to stay in their homes and communities with their families and friends. He handles all contracts and budgetary issues to ensure funding is available and maintained.
