Erica S. Ballard, OD

From Manchester, KY, Dr. Ballard obtained a BS in Pre-Medical Biology with a minor in chemistry at Eastern Kentucky University in 2014, then graduated from University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry in 2018. She completed a residency in Ocular Disease at the University of Kentucky Department of Ophthalmology in 2019. Dr. Ballard holds a clinical title series appointment as Assistant Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, College of Medicine, University of Kentucky, where she performs primary care eye exams, urgent eye care, and low vision services. Dr. Ballard is an active Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and is active in the Kentucky Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
