April E. Mendoza, MD

Dr. Mendoza is a faculty member in the department of surgery in the Division of Trauma, Emergency Surgery and Surgical Critical Care at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). She joined the faculty in 2017 after completing a fellowship in Trauma and Surgical Critical Care at San Francisco General Hospital/UCSF. She is a prior NIH T32 training grant recipient at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she focused on trauma immunology and obtained a MPH in health care and prevention.
