Biosketch
Dr. David Griffith attended medical school at the University of Maryland and completed a residency in combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Rochester. He then completed a combined fellowship in pediatric and adult Infectious Disease at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He currently is the medical director of the Johns Hopkins County HIV/AIDS program which provides HIV care in partnership with health departments across the state of Maryland. In addition, he practices at Johns Hopkins hospital in both the pediatric and adult HIV clinics as well as general infectious disease. He has a clinical and research interest in prevention and treatment of HIV in young adults.
