Biosketch
Scott Helle is a Rural Project Manager in the Kentucky Office of Rural Health, where he focuses on maintaining and fostering relationships with Kentucky’s rural EMS services. He is a Certified Ambulance Coder, a Certified Ambulance Compliance Officer and has maintained being a Certified Kentucky EMT. He has more than 29 years’ experience working in the pre-hospital EMS field in rural communities that include rural volunteer EMS services to higher call volume rural EMS services that includes interfaculty transports. He is also a committee member for the KBEMS Mobile Integrated Healthcare and Community Paramedicine (MIH/CP) Subcommittee.
