Biosketch
Danielle Casaus earned her PharmD from East Tennessee State University Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy in 2020. She then completed her PGY1 Acute Care pharmacy residency at Duke Regional Hospital and a PGY2 Infectious Diseases (ID) specialty residency at University of Florida Health Shands Hospital. Upon completing residency training in 2022, Danielle joined the ID pharmacy team at the University of Kentucky where she implemented an antimicrobial stewardship program at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, KY. Danielle currently serves as the ID pharmacist at Good Samaritan where she splits her time between antimicrobial stewardship reviews and rounding with the ID consult team. Danielle is also involved in clinical research, serves on national committees and is a preceptor for both pharmacy students and residents.
