Biosketch
My name is Misty Rose, and my role is the KASPER Program Administrator for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In my position, I work across 2 offices, the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and the Office of Application Technology (OATS). A bit more about me: I have over a decade of experience in Data Analysis, covering various aspects such as Data Validation, Database Development, and Data Security. I am currently finishing my B.S. degree in Information Technology with a focus on Data Management. Additionally, I am an active participant in the Kentucky Controlled Substances Prescribing Council and a member of the National Association of State Controlled Substances Authorities. My past experience also includes involvement with the recovery community and I have worked closely with individuals with substance use disorder.
