Divya Cantor, MD, MBA, FACOG

Dr. Divya Cantor is a board certified ObGyn with over 2 decades of private practice experience in Women’s Health from Louisville KY. She is the Associate Medical Director for United Healthcare for Community State in KY and has been with UHC since the fall of 2020. She has been in the Health Plan industry for the past 8 years and has excellent knowledge in Medicare, Commercial and Medicaid space. Dr. Cantor’s passions lie in improving access to care, improving quality of care and in improving racial disparities, especially as it relates to Women’s Health. She lives in Louisville KY with her husband, all her children are grown and out of the house and loves to travel, ski and hike.
