Patricia K. Howard, PhD, RN, CEN, CPEN, TCRN, NE-BC, FAEN, FAAN

Dr. Howard serves as the UK HealthCare Enterprise Director of Emergency Services and oversees the clinical and business operations for the UK Chandler Emergency Department, Makenna David Pediatric Emergency Center, UK Good Samaritan Emergency Department, and Emergency Communications/Transport. Patti currently functions as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the UK College of Nursing Graduate Program with a focus on research protocols.
